Across the bay is the site of Bamberton, a former cement plant, where plans are underway to convert the property into upscale condos.

Port Side Marina- Rates

Welcome to Port Side Marina. The moorage rates listed below are for the 2009/2010 Moorage Term. Our annual contract year end is March 31st/08. All rates shown are on a per foot per month basic with 5% GST in addition to these rates. Please note that all rate calculations are based on overall vessel length or berth length; (whichever is the longer). Live aboard moorage will be offered on a month to month contract type only and is payable by post dated cheques for convenience.

Types of Moorage contracts	Rates
Annual Contract pre-paid in full to March 31st 2010.	$9.50 /ft.
Annual Contract paid in Monthly Installments by 12 post dated cheques commencing April 1st 2009.	$10.50 /ft.
Month to Month.	$11.75 /ft.
Live aboard rate above plus: (includes power)	$175.00 /month
Transit.	$1.25 p/ft/day
Non Live aboard Hydro surcharge.	$25.00 p/m
